1. A. Affidavits filed pursuant to Section 1123(16) of the Code of Governmental Ethics shall:

   1. 1. be filed within 60 days of making the public speech;
   2. 2. be under oath; and

   3. 3. contain:

      1. a. the name of the sponsoring group or organization; and
      2. b. the amount expended on behalf of the legislator by the sponsoring group or organization on food, refreshments, lodging, and transportation.
2. B. The executive secretary shall maintain these statements suitably indexed.
