LAC 52:I.1305 – Statements Filed Pursuant to Section 1120 of the Code of Governmental Ethics

A. Statements filed pursuant to this Section contain:
1. 1. the name and address of the elected official; and
2. 2. a detailed description of the matter in question, including the description of the transaction to be voted upon as well as a description of the nature of the conflict, or potential conflict, and the reasons why despite the conflict the elected official is able to cast a vote that is fair, objective and in the public interest.
B. The executive secretary shall maintain these statements suitably indexed.
