1. A. Licensed facilities shall only utilize approved laboratories, as defined in this Section, for testing of medical marijuana.
2. B. Prior to testing medical marijuana to verify compliance, a laboratory shall apply for and receive a medical marijuana laboratory license from the Louisiana Department of Health.
3. C. A laboratory holding or seeking a medical marijuana laboratory license shall comply with all applicable requirements of R.S. Title 40, Chapter 4, Part X-E (R.S. 40:1046 et seq.).
