LAC 51:XXIV.307 – Floor Slopes [formerly paragraph 24:005-2]

A. Floor slopes shall, as a minimum, be in compliance with the following.
1. 1. All slopes shall be uniform.
2. 2. The slope of the floor from the shallow end wall towards the deep end shall not exceed 1 foot in 12 feet to the point of the first slope change for Class A and Class B pools, or 1 foot in 10 feet for Class C pools.
3. 3. The slope of the floor from the point of the first slope change to the deep end shall not exceed 1 foot in
  3 feet. Such slopes are not intended to provide any less water depth than those specified in the pool if intended for diving.
