1. A. Maintenance tools such as brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, and similar equipment shall be:

   1. 1. stored so they do not contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles; and
   2. 2. stored in an orderly manner that facilitates cleaning.
2. B. Mops should be hung and/or stored in a manner to facilitate air drying.
