1. A. Definitions contained in Chapter 2 and Section 1503 of this code shall also apply to this Chapter, except where the following special definition shall apply.

   1. Mobile/Manufactured Home—a vehicular, portable structure built on a chassis and designed to be used as a dwelling without a permanent foundation when connected to indicated utilities per NFPA 1192.
