A. Complete, detailed technical specifications for those applicable sanitary components shall be supplied for the proposed project, including:
1. 1. a program for keeping existing water supply facilities in operation during construction of additional facilities so as to minimize interruption of service;
2. 2. laboratory facilities and equipment, including the capacity to perform laboratory analyses of required tests;
3. 3. the number and design of chemical feeding equipment (see §201 and §203 of this Part);
4. 4. procedures for flushing, disinfection and testing, as needed, prior to placing the project in service;
5. 5. materials or proprietary equipment for sanitary or other facilities including any necessary backflow or back-siphonage protection.
