LAC 51:IX.503 – Exceptions

A. Hatcheries and nurseries rearing larvae and/or seed that are located in:
1. 1. approved or conditionally approved growing areas are exempt from the requirements of this part; or
2. 2. restricted, or conditionally restricted, growing areas would be exempt from the requirements of this part but subject to relay requirements for seed that exceeds the maximum seed size established by the department.
