1. A. School-based behavioral health services shall include Medicaid-covered services, including treatment and other services to correct or ameliorate an identified mental health or substance use diagnosis. Services are provided by or through a local education agency (LEA) to children with, or suspected of having, a disability and who attend public school in Louisiana.

2. B. The following school based behavioral health services shall be reimbursed under the Medicaid Program:

   1. 1. therapeutic services, including diagnosis and treatment; and
   2. 2. substance use.
