LAC 50:XXXI.108

Termination of Services

LR 51:1861 (November 2025)Promulgated in accordance with R.S. 36:254 and Public Law 82-414, 8 U.S. Code 1522 (e)(5).State of Louisiana

A. RMA benefits shall terminate upon the earliest of the following:
1. 1. the individual’s eligibility period expires;
2. 2. the individual enrolls in Medicaid or SCHIP;
3. 3. termination of ORR eligible immigration status; or
4. 4. relocation from the state of Louisiana.
