1. A. Enrollment Period

   1. 1. A participant’s enrollment in the program is effective on the first day of the calendar month following the date the PACE organization receives the signed enrollment agreement.

   2. 2. Enrollment continues until the participant’s death, regardless of changes in health status, unless either of the following actions occurs:

      1. a. the participant voluntarily disenrolls; or
      2. b. the participant is involuntarily disenrolled (see §505.B below).
