1. A. Support coordination agencies shall be monitored as outlined in the OAAS policies and procedures and the support coordination performance agreement.

2. B. Support coordination agencies shall offer full cooperation with the OAAS during the monitoring process. Responsibilities of the support coordination agency in the monitoring process include, but are not limited to:

   1. 1. providing policy and procedure manuals, personnel records, case records, and other documentation;
   2. 2. providing space for documentation review and support coordinator interviews; and
   3. 3. coordinating agency support coordinator interviews.
