1. A. The reimbursement to non-state ICFs/IID for hospital leave of absence days is 85 percent of the current applicable per diem rate.

2. B. The reimbursement for leave of absence days is 100 percent of the applicable per diem rate.

   1. 1. A leave of absence is a temporary stay outside of the ICF/IID, for reasons other than for hospitalization, provided for in the recipient's written individual habilitation plan.
3. C. The reimbursement to non-state ICFs/IID for leave of absence days is 85 percent of the current applicable per diem rate provided for in this Chapter.
