1. A. The Medical Assistance Program shall provide Medicaid coverage of Medicare Part A and Part B crossover claims for dually eligible recipients with the following limitations:

   1. 1. Medicaid coverage of Medicare Part B crossover claims shall be limited to only those services covered under Title XIX (Medicaid); and
   2. 2. payment of Medicare Part A and Part B co-insurance and deductibles shall be limited to the total Medicaid allowable cost for each covered service.
