1. A. At least 24 hours prior to the meeting, the corporation shall post the following on its website:

   1. 1. meeting notice and agenda: and

   2. 2. detailed information regarding how members of the public may:

      1. a. participate in the meeting via electronic means, including the applicable videoconference link and/or teleconference phone number: and
      2. b. submit written public comments regarding matters on the agenda prior to the meeting.
