1. A. The operator, sports wagering service providers, distributors, manufacturers, vendors, suppliers, personnel, and retail establishments will be permitted by the corporation based on qualifications and suitability standards detailed in the Act and this Subchapter.
2. B. Any permit issued by the corporation is deemed to be a revocable privilege. No person holding such a permit is deemed to have acquired any vested rights therein.
3. C. Permits are not transferable or assignable.
