1. A. After completing its evaluation, the gaming laboratory shall send a report of its evaluation to the division and the manufacturer seeking approval. The report shall include an explanation of the manner in which the device or equipment operates. The manufacturer shall return the report to the lab within 15 days and shall either:

   1. 1. certify, under penalty of perjury, that to the best of its knowledge the explanation is correct; or
   2. 2. make appropriate corrections, clarifications, or additions to the report and certify, under penalty of perjury, that to the best of its knowledge the explanation is correct as amended.
