1. A. An applicant for a license shall submit to the division a security plan no later than 90 days prior to the commencement of gaming operations. The security plan shall include, at a minimum, the following:

   1. 1. a detailed description by position of each security officer or employee which includes their duties, assignments and responsibilities;
   2. 2. the number of security employees assigned by shift;
   3. 3. general procedures for handling incidents requiring the assignment of a security officer;
   4. 4. radio protocol and a description of authorized radio codes to be used;
   5. 5. training requirements and procedures; and
   6. 6. other information required by the division that evidences compliance with this Chapter by the applicant.
2. B. Modifications to the security plan shall be submitted to the division for approval prior to implementation.
