1. A. Gaming equipment, devices and/or associated equipment may be summarily seized by the division. Whenever the division seizes and removes gaming equipment, devices and/or associated equipment:

   1. 1. an inventory of the gaming equipment, devices and/or associated equipment seized will be made by the division, identifying all such gaming equipment, devices and/or associated equipment as to make, model, serial number, type, and such other information as may be necessary for authentication and identification;
   2. 2. all such gaming equipment, devices and/or associated equipment will be sealed or by other means made secure from tampering or alteration;
   3. 3. the time and place of the seizure will be recorded; and
   4. 4. a copy of the inventory of the seized gaming equipment, devices and/or associated equipment will be provided to the licensee, casino operator or permittee.
