1. A. This Chapter shall apply to any person conducting a raffle at a trade show or convention having a legal capacity of 250 or more persons pursuant to R.S. 47:7001 et seq.

2. B. This Chapter shall not apply to:

   1. 1. any person or organization conducting a raffle pursuant to the provisions of the Charitable Raffles, Bingo and Keno Licensing Law, R.S. 4:701 et seq.;
   2. 2. any person conducting a raffle pursuant to the provisions of R.S. 27:402.
