1. A. The owner or distributor of each machine must maintain for a minimum of three years and make available the following records for the division's inspection:

   1. 1. machine operation records which provide all necessary information the division may require to ensure that each machine has complied with these rules; and
   2. 2. the exact copy of all printed ticket vouchers for each machine.
