1. A. The director of apprenticeship shall approve an apprenticeship agreement within 15 days if:

   1. 1. it meets the standards established under the Louisiana Apprenticeship Law and these rules for an apprenticeship program which has been properly registered with the Louisiana Workforce Commission, Apprenticeship Division;
   2. 2. the agreement contains all the requisites provided in §303.
