1. A. Once a disposal request has been received by the state archivist (or his designee), the agency will be notified within 30 days of receipt that:

   1. 1. the disposal request has been approved;
   2. 2. the disposal request was partially approved or amended;
   3. 3. the disposal request has been denied along with an explanation why approval was not granted;
   4. 4. the disposal request contains records that should be transferred to the Louisiana State Archives; or
   5. 5. the disposal request requires more research and requires an additional 30 days to issue a response to the request.
