1. A. Original processed microfilm must be visually inspected according to the following procedures:

   1. 1. A visual inspection of microfilm within two weeks of creation must be completed to verify legibility.
   2. 2. Images of documents must be uniformly placed on the film and must be free of any defects in the filming area that would interfere with the documents being read.
