1. A. Agencies may dispose of the original source records after the records are converted to electronic format provided:

   1. 1. the agency has met the requirements of §1306 and §1307; and
   2. 2. the agency has submitted Form SS ARC 930 (Request for Authority to Dispose of Records) to the Louisiana State Archives and has received approval to destroy the records.
