1. A. Any and all determinations made by the agency or State Employee Incentive Award Committee shall be final.
2. B. The State Employee Incentive Award Committee reserves the right to amend its rules. All suggestions shall be evaluated under the rules in effect at the time of submittal.
3. C. The agency and state committees reserve the right to modify a suggestion to provide the suggester a greater opportunity to have his or her suggestion receive a recommendation for an award.
