1. A. UROs and/or health insurance issuers acting as UROs must submit an annual report to the commissioner by March 1 of each year, unless otherwise informed by the commissioner. The report must be submitted on the form supplied by the Office of Health Insurance. If a report is not filed on the form provided, the report will not be accepted. A report filing fee shall be due from any URO other than a health insurance issuer, per R.S. 22:821(B)(36).
2. B. IROs must submit an annual report to the commissioner by March 1 of each year, unless otherwise informed by the commissioner. The report must be submitted on the form supplied by the Office of Health Insurance. If a report is not filed on the form provided, the report will not be accepted. The submission must be accompanied by the annual report filing fee, per R.S. 22:821(B)(37).
