LAC 37:XIII.19107

Definitions

LR 49:494 (March 2023)Promulgated in accordance with R.S. 22:2, 22:11, 22:1897, and the Administrative Procedure Act, R.S. 49:950, et seq.State of Louisiana

A. These terms when used in this Chapter shall have the following meanings:
1. Commissioner—the Louisiana Commissioner of Insurance.
2. Department—the Louisiana Department of Insurance.
3. Disclosure Form-Guide—the catastrophe claims process disclosure form referenced in R.S. 22:1897.
4. Governor—the governor of the state of Louisiana.
5. Insurer(s)—property and casualty insurer(s) licensed to conduct business in the state of Louisiana.
