1. A. Regulation 125 is promulgated pursuant to the authority and responsibility delegated to the commissioner under R.S. 22:2361 through 2371, Act No. 1 and Act No. 2 of the 2023 Extraordinary Session of the Louisiana Legislature, and pursuant to the general powers granted by law to the commissioner and the department.
