1. A. The following claims incurred and paid contract bases are available to suit the needs of diverse employers sponsoring group health plans:

   1. 1. paid as defined in Section 16903;
   2. 2. run-in as defined in Section 16903;
   3. 3. run-out as defined in Section 16903;
   4. 4. terminal liability as defined in Section 16903.
