- A. The executive director shall annually project revenue and expense budgets for the fund for the succeeding fiscal year in accordance with the provisions of
R.S. 40:1299.44(A)(5)(f). Such budget shall reflect all revenues projected to be collected or received by or accruing to the fund during such fiscal year, together with the projected expenses of the administration, operation, and defense of the fund and satisfaction of its liabilities and obligations. Such budgets shall be submitted to the board for its approval, and as approved by the board, submitted on or before the following January 1 to the joint legislative committee on the budget, Senate Judiciary A, House Civil Law and Procedures, Legislative Auditor, Division of Administration and the legislative fiscal office, in accordance with R.S. 40:1299.44(A)(5)(f).
