1. A. The quarterly reports required each year under this Section shall be due within 20 days of the end of each quarter as follows:

   1. 1. Reports from January to March are due no later than April 20.
   2. 2. Reports from April to June are due no later than July 20.
   3. 3. Reports from July to September are due no later than October 20.
   4. 4. Reports from October to December are due no later than January 20.

2. B. Each association shall provide quarterly reports to the commission of the names and addresses of each individual, corporation, firm, partnership, association, or other legal entity that furnishes professional services, as defined in R.S. 4:158.2, to the association.

   1. 1. The reports must also specify whether or not the listed entities are any of the following:

      1. a. a registered Louisiana business;
      2. b. a female-owned business; and
      3. c. a minority-owned business.

3. C. Each association shall provide quarterly reports to the commission of the demographic information of its workforce, to include:

   1. 1. race;
   2. 2. gender; and
   3. 3. Louisiana residency.

4. D. Each association shall provide quarterly reports to the commission on its marketing plan, which shall include, but not be limited to, dollars spent on promotions, marketing and advertising broken down by racetrack and casino spending on the following:

   1. 1. television advertisements;
   2. 2. radio advertisements;
   3. 3. magazine advertisements;
   4. 4. billboard advertisements;
   5. 5. giveaways;
   6. 6. rewards; and
   7. 7. any other dollars spent on promotions, marketing; and advertising.
