1. A. Commission members and its representatives shall have the right to full and complete entry to any and all points of the grounds of any association or its other facilities. All racing associations shall recognize and honor buttons issued by the Association of Racing Commissioners International, Inc., and parking permits issued by the Louisiana State Racing Commission.
