1. A. Where the university utilizes the reverse auction process on behalf of a single institution, the CPO shall:

   1. 1. determine it is in the best interest of the university to use electronic online bidding;
   2. 2. determine specifications and terms and conditions for the procurement.
2. B. When applicable, prequalified products for a particular solicitation shall be announced seven days prior to the beginning of the auction.
