1. A. A record of sole source procurement shall be maintained that lists:

   1. 1. each contractor's name;
   2. 2. the amount and type of each contract;
   3. 3. a listing of the supplies, services, major repairs, or professional, personal, consulting or social services procured under each contract; and
   4. 4. the identification number of each contract file.
2. B. The record for the previous fiscal year shall be submitted to the legislature at the beginning of the legislative session.
