1. A. The state reserves the right to charge an annual subscription fee to vendors, upon written notice of no less than 30 days. The fees may be used to ensure sustainability of various services to vendors that assist them in conducting business with the state of Louisiana relative to procurement and procurement related opportunities, such as training, instructive publications, etc.
