1. A. The Louisiana Secretary of State's Roster of Officials, which lists cities, towns, parishes, the judiciary, state departments, divisions, councils, boards, commissions, institutions, Indian tribes, etc.
2. B. The executive officers of the above units will be contacted for a listing of local departments, divisions, commissions, and councils, indicating their different activities and functions.
3. C. The Economic Development and Planning Commissions will be contacted for lists of their recipients who might be qualified.
