This Chapter describes the procedures that all agencies in the Executive Branch must follow for the procurement of Information Technology Hardware, Software, Software Maintenance and Support Services, and Hardware Maintenance. Situations not covered by these rules may be found in the general statutes and rules and regulations of the Procurement Code.
