LAC 32:I.1513 – Termination of Coverage

A. All benefits will terminate on the earliest of the following dates:
1. 1. on the last day of the month in which the active or retired member of the Louisiana National Guard ceases to be eligible to participate in OGB sponsored life, health, or other programs, as provided herein;
2. 2. on the due date of any unpaid premium/contribution required for continuation of coverage; or
3. 3. on the date that coverage would otherwise terminate for any other employee or retiree, or dependent(s) of such employee or retiree, participating in OGB sponsored health, life, or other programs in accordance with OGB rules.
