1. A. All applications for a certificate of appropriateness shall be due in the Office of Cultural Development, P.O. Box 44247, Baton Rouge, LA 70804, (225) 342-8200, on or before the tenth day of each month, or the preceding working day if the tenth falls on a weekend or holiday.
2. B. Notices of public hearings as required by R.S. 25:785(C) shall appear in the official journal of the state of Louisiana on the last Wednesday of every month.
3. C. The public hearings required by R.S. 25:785(C) shall be held on the first Wednesday of every month.
4. D. The decisions on the applications submitted to the Office of Cultural Development shall be rendered within 14 days of the date of the hearing at which the application has been reviewed, as required by R.S. 25:785(D).
