1. A. The committee shall post the agenda for the virtual meeting in accordance with the Louisiana Open Meetings Law, R.S. 42:11. The agenda for the virtual meeting shall specifically identify the meeting as a virtual meeting, or a meeting that will be conducted via electronic means, and shall include the following:

   1. 1. the anchor location for the virtual meeting;
   2. 2. an electronic link to access the virtual meeting;
   3. 3. instructions for joining the virtual meeting;
   4. 4. email address for the public to submit electronic comments prior to the virtual meeting;
   5. 5. the final date and time by which members of the public may submit electronic comments prior to the virtual meeting.
2. B. The electronic link, instructions for joining the virtual meeting, and email address to submit comments shall be placed on the board’s website once the agenda is posted.
