1. A. An inmate’s eligibility is specified by Louisiana law. Not all inmates are eligible for parole consideration. The Department of Public Safety and Corrections determines and calculates parole eligibility.
2. B. Prior to an inmate’s parole hearing, all pertinent information will be compiled concerning the inmate’s case.
