LAC 22:XI.1603 – Investigation and Notification

A. For any inmate who meets the criteria of Section 1602 of this Chapter, the committee shall:
1. 1. conduct an expedited pre-hearing investigation; and
2. 2. notify the district attorney and sheriff of the parish where the conviction occurred and any registered victim(s) at least 30 days prior to the deportation eligibility hearing.
