1. Alien—shall have the same meaning as defined in Title 8, Section 1101 of the United States Code.
2. Committee—refers to the Deportation Eligibility Hearing Committee, which shall be comprised of a three-member panel of the members of the Committee on Parole who shall hear and decide deportation eligibility cases.
3. Removal—the deportation of an alien from the United States to another country.
