1. A. In accordance with R.S. 15:572.8(R), the commission will submit an annual report on the Innocence Compensation Fund to the governor and the legislature on or before April 1 of each year.

2. B. The annual report will include the number of awards and the total amount of funds distributed during the preceding year.
