1. A. All water supply, sewerage and plumbing installations shall comply with state and local codes and regulations.
2. B. Inmate housing areas shall have hot and cold potable water supplied to each lavatory and shower fixture.
3. C. Water supplies to kitchen and laundry equipment shall meet the temperature and volume recommended by state and local codes and regulations.

4. D. All inmate occupied areas shall be provided with positive floor drainage.
