1. A. An individual wishing to view automated or manual criminal history record information specifically relating to himself and contained in the records of the central state repository shall be granted the right to view such records upon:

   1. 1. submitting a written and signed request for viewing to an affected criminal justice agency, other than the central state repository, as outlined in §715;
   2. 2. submitting to fingerprinting for the purpose of positively establishing the identity of the requesting individual; and
   3. 3. paying a $10 fee.
