1. A. At the time of the audit, the audited agency will have ready to present to the audit team such documentation as may be required by LCJIS, including but not limited to:

   1. 1. evidence of procedural compliance including security;
   2. 2. copies of systematic audits performed;
   3. 3. source records as may be requested;
   4. 4. dissemination logs;
   5. 5. rights of access, appeals, and certification forms.
