1. A. The secretary-treasurer of the corporation and one of the following shall execute all necessary legal instruments to effect the grant award:

   1. 1. president of the corporation;
   2. 2. chairman of the board; or
   3. 3. executive director.
2. B. The grant documents must satisfy all legal requirements as evidenced by the written approval of the corporation's attorney.
