LAC 19:VII.5111 – Disbursement and Use of Funds

A. The project proposed for state funding must represent:
1. 1. a continuation of and be compatible with the firm's Phase 1 research; and/or
2. 2. funds may be used to complete Phase 1 research;
3. 3. the funds will be disbursed at the time and in the manner determined by the corporation.
